I was working as a marketing manager in a private organization in Greensboro, NC. A change happened in the department's director position and the upper management offered me the job as the Director of Marketing. My current enrollment in the MBA program was considered as one of the reasons that they offered me the manager's position. I look forward to moving up the corporate ladder in my present company after finishing my MBA at Walden University.

I would have to say what encouraged me about the online degree, was first the spiritual foundation that Walden offers throughout the courses in the program. There is a genuine personal touch from administrators, staff, and facilitators that is not found in other adult programs. The online program offers great flexibility, allowing working parents to obtain their degree while still being an active parent. I highly recommend the Walden to any adult looking to further their education.
